Notes on pricing, or the way translations are charged
1. Text Length
Source text length
with editable formats
You know from the very beginning how much you
will be charged.
Target text length
with non-editable formats (e.g. PDFs)
In this case, a rough estimation can be made but
the final price is likely to differ.
2. Pricing Units
All translations are charged per word.
3. Discounts
Our pricing policy is strictly individual; it is
therefore strongly recommended that you get an individual quote for a
specific translation project. Our discount programs start at as few as
10,000 words.
The below rates
express the maximum rates possible; in other words, you will never be
charged more than given below.
4. Daily Word Capacity
The usual daily word capacity is 2,800 words. This is not a fixed limit though, and this capacity can be increased significantly, but the translation will then include a surcharge for express translation.
5. Additional information
We are not subject to VAT. The rates below will
not be attached any other fees (such as e.g. "quotation fees" etc.).
